Let's take a moment to look at some key phrases and words from that first part of the story.

  • 口座を開きたい — I want to open an account, 新しい口座を開きたいです。
  • 順番を待ちます — I will wait for my turn, 自分の順番を待ちます。

— I went to the bank.
— I want to open a new account.
— An information attendant spoke to me.
— I took a number ticket.
— I will wait for my turn.
— I signed my name on the document.,
