Let's take a quick look at some of the helpful words and phrases from our story:
- 第一次 (dì yī cì) — first time, 这是我第一次来这里。

- 运动 (yùndòng) — sports, 我喜欢运动。
- 难 (nán) — difficult, 这个太难了。
- 没关系 (méi guān xi) — it's okay/no problem, 没关系，慢慢来。
