今天天气很好，我和我的朋友小李决定去一家新的中国餐厅。我们很高兴，因为这家餐厅很有名。我们走进餐厅，看见很多人。一个服务员走过来。请问，有空位吗？我问。服务员说：有。请问几位？两个人，我说。服务员带我们到一个桌子旁边。请坐。她把菜单给我们。菜单看起来很漂亮，有很多菜。但是，我看不懂所有的菜名。

- 餐厅 — restaurant, 这是一家中国餐厅。
- 服务员 — waiter/waitress, 服务员来了。
- 请问 — excuse me/may I ask, 请问，有空位吗？
- 几位 — how many people (polite), 请问几位？
- 两个人 — two people, 我们两个人。
- 菜单 — menu, 请给我菜单。, 现在，我们继续听故事，看看他们点了什么菜。
小李对我说：你看，这个鱼看起来很好吃！我想点这个。我说：好啊，我也喜欢吃鱼。服务员又来了。我们说：你好，我们想点菜。请问，这个鱼辣吗？服务员笑了，说：这个鱼不辣，但是那个豆腐有点辣。你们喜欢吃辣吗？小李说：我喜欢辣的！我喜欢不辣的。服务员说没关系，她推荐了一个不辣的菜给我，还说很多中国家庭喜欢一起分享菜。我们点了菜，等了一会儿，菜就来了。哇，真的很好吃！我们吃得很开心。吃完饭，我对服务员说：买单，谢谢。今天这顿饭真棒！
