Returns & Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item from our shop, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at smalltalkcafe.productions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Digital products or podcast content (our podcasts are free and do not require purchase).
• Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior agreement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at smalltalkcafe.productions@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
