Ella me sonríe.

Let's pause our story for a moment to highlight some key words and phrases you just heard:

  • recoger — to pick up, Necesito recoger mi ropa.
  • el recibo — the receipt, Aquí tiene su recibo., Now, let's get back to our story and see what happens next with the shirt!

— I need to clean this shirt.
  • Tiene una mancha aquí. — It has a stain here.
  • ¿Puede ayudarme? — Can you help me?
  • ¿Desea plancharla también? — Do you want it ironed too?
  • ¿Cuándo puedo recoger la ropa? — When can I pick up the clothes?
  • Estará lista en tres días. — It will be ready in three days., ¡Excelente trabajo!
