Let's take a moment to look at some key phrases from that part of the story.

(Densha ga osoi desu.) — The train is late.
  • 困る (komaru) — to be troubled/inconvenienced, とても困ります。 (Totemo komarimasu.) — I'm very troubled.
(Watashi wa eki no madoguchi ni ikimashita.) — I went to the station counter.
(Madoguchi ni wa kakariin ga imasu.) — There is a staff member at the counter.
(Kakariin wa "Moushiwake arimasen" to iimashita.) — The staff member said, "I am sorry."
(Densha ga okureru riyuu wa nan desu ka?) — What is the reason the train is delayed?,

— The train is late.
— I'm very troubled.
— I went to the station counter.
— What is the reason the train is delayed?
